Majlis Temu Murni Pep Pertengahan Tahun 2016 Tahun 1 - 5, Motivasi Keibubapaan dan Pelancaran Aplikasi SYNC SKGP

On June 28^th 2016, Sekolah Kebangsaan Gong Pasir organised its annual ‘Temu Murni’ event to meet and greet the parents of the school’s students to discuss their academic and cognitive achievements. The event began at 10.00 am, where the first batch of early bird parents registered their attendance at the counter according to the student’s year and class. The registration went on without a hitch with more than 80% of parents attended the event throughout year 1 until 5.

The event started with the arrival of the honoured guest, Encik Mohd Azman B. Ali, LINUS officer representing Dungun District Education Officer and Prof Madya Ismail B. Hassan, Ketua Pusat Pengajian,  Gugusan Pengurusan dan Perniagaan, UiTM Terengganu. Encik Ahmad B. Mohd Ali, as the headmaster of the school, delivered the opening speech followed by the speech by Mr Mohd Azman who officiated the event. 

In his speech, he had mentioned about the overall aim of the SSM app, as the medium to lessen the communication gap between the school and the parents. It is also an approach taken to encourage an environmental friendly method of informing the student’s parents about the school activities or important notices, without wasting paper. Encik Mohd Azman B.  Ali ended his speech by signing the ceremonial banner and officially launching the SSM app usage in the school.

As the first half of the program completed, it was time for Prof. Madya Ismail B. Hassan to deliver his motivational talk. He touched on many topics within his talk but what stood out the most was the importance of parental support towards the student.

He talked about the impact of the parent’s involvement in school related events such as the ‘Temu Murni’, to show their support towards their child’s hard earn achievements and in his words “make time for your kids because time is flying fast before we even have the chance to miss it”. Prof. Madya Ismail ended his talk with slight humour before the MC called on the PDD to give a token of appreciation from the school and the parents were dismissed to proceed with the Temu Murni program.

PERTUKARAN GURU PRASEKOLAH

Puan Zarinah bt Zakaria yang telah mula bertugas di sekolah ini pada 16 Dis 2010 telah bertukar ke SK Batu 48 Dungun berkuatkuasa 2 Mei 2016 dan diganti oleh Pn Norhayati bt Alias yang sebelum ini bertugas di SK Balai Besar Dungun.

Puan Zarinah merupakan seorang guru yang berdedikasi yang telah banyak mencurahkan bakti terhadap perkembangan pendidikan prasekolah samada di peringkat sekolah mahupun daerah.
SKGP telah memenangi beberapa kategori pertandingan prasekolah dan di antaranya ialah Naib Johan Pertandingan Kebersihan dan Keceriaan Prasekolah Anjuran JPNT dan Yayasan Terengganu
( 2013 ), Pengurusan Prasekolah Terbaik Anjuran PPD Dungun ( 2013 ) dan Pengurusan Buku Rekod  PdP Terbaik sempena hari guru peringkat daerah Dungun ( 2014 ).

Seluruh warga SKGP mengucapkan selamat bertugas di sekolah yang baharu kepada Puan Zarinah dan mengucapkan selamat datang kepada Puan Norhayati bt Alias.

Pelantikan Guru Besar Baharu

2 Mei 2016. SK Gong Pasir telah menerima kehadiran guru besar baharu, Encik Ahmad bin Mohd Ali bersama dengan rombongan para pegawai dari PPD Dungun yang diketuai oleh Encik Abdul Mubin bin Ismail, Timbalan PPD Dungun.

Selaku guru besar baharu, beliau akan meneruskan agenda kecemerlangan sekolah yang dilaksanakan di sekolah sebelum ini dengan mengekalkan visi dan misi sekolah di samping memantapkan hubungan dengan semua warga sekolah. Beliau juga akn menekankan aspek keberkesanan P & P guru serta mewujudkan kerjasama yang lebih baik dengan PIBG dan komuniti yang ada di persekitaran sekolah.

Beliau yakin dengan kerjasama semua pihak, SK Gong Pasir mampu mencipta kecemerlangan dalam pelbagai bidang.
